Time Frames
Within 5-10 days, anticipate receiving your initial Design Draft showcasing your selected paper and colors. Once you've given the thumbs up, standard printing typically takes 3-5 weeks. If you're opting for extra flair like calligraphy guest addressing or vintage postage curation, tack on an extra 1-2 weeks. Rest assured, if any adjustments to these timelines arise, you'll be promptly informed. Keep in mind, that design tweaks or delays in feedback could impact the schedule, potentially nudging back your order.
Order Acceptance
Please make sure to meticulously review all proofs, covering every detail from content and spelling to layout, card specifications, font size, and ink color. While we strive for perfection, occasional errors may slip through. Should this happen, reach out to us immediately. We'll swiftly provide a correction or refund for any incorrectly written goods, if a correction isn't feasible for any reason. If the error originates from the provided list, additional costs for rewriting and shipping may apply.
Once items are sent to print, any necessary changes (such as content edits, quantity adjustments, or added embellishments) will incur reprint costs and service setup fees billed to the client. Mistakes on envelopes (such as incorrect addresses or misspellings) will also result in reprint fees billed to the client.
If additional pieces are requested beyond the agreed-upon quantity after materials have been ordered and delivered, a minimum order of x20 pieces will be required, accompanied by a 20% reorder fee.
Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are stated in United States Dollars and include postage costs separately. Please be aware that all costs are subject to alteration without prior notice. In the unlikely event of a product being priced inaccurately, we reserve the right to cancel or refund the order.
Payment Methods
Shipping Policies
We ship packages via tracked UPS/USPS delivery. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link. Typically, deliveries within the US take 2-5 working days. However, please note that we cannot guarantee or control shipment timeframes beyond the information provided by the tracking number. We recommend allowing extra time to accommodate any potential delays during shipment. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any losses, damages, or delays arising from shipping.
Return and Exchange Policy
As our products are lovingly handmade, we're unable to process refunds, returns, or cancellations. If there's an error on our end, we'll gladly reprint the item or provide a credit. However, if the mistake relates to wording, design, spelling, grammar, size, color, etc., approved by you, the client, the responsibility for redesign, reprinting, and shipping costs rests with you, not Gaudia Design LLC.
Not for Resale
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the various states and of the United States. You represent and warrant that you are buying products or services from the Site for your own use only, and not for resale.
